New content feedback options are now generally available for all Knowledge customers who would like to enable the feature. The feedback feature provides a clean and straightforward way for your field users to review and provide meaningful feedback on your content that can be used to improve your Inkdoc experiences.
Feedback can be sent on a page level or on specific pieces of content can be highlighted via the new ‘Feedback’ button, which will allow a user to provide their feedback via an integrated text field.
Project admins are notified of incoming feedback via email notifications and can review feedback on a per project basis via the new in-project dashboard. The dashboard offers options to search and filter feedback, set statuses, and leave notes for your team to coordinate with existing workflows on projects.
Once feedback has been resolved, Project Admins may set the feedback's status to resolved, which will trigger a notification to the submitting user via the new Notifications Home tab.
