Update to "Archive Project" functionality in Inkling Habitat

We've made an update to improve the Archive Project functionality in Inkling Habitat, which is detailed below. This update is effective today, 6/6/2019 and is available to all Habitat Project Admins.

Starting today, archiving a project within the Project Setup page will now remove it from team members’ Habitat dashboard view and clear any active Audience distribution from the project. 

In order to facilitate this change, any previously archived projects that included active Audience distribution have been restored to team members' Habitat dashboards. These projects can be re-archived using the updated functionality to clear distribution and hide the project again.
