The Inkling team is pleased to announce the launch of the Inkling Status Page. The Inkling Status Page provides real-time insights to our platform server status and alerts subscribers whenever a critical service disruption or outage occurs. Subscribers will receive real-time alerts and updates via email or text message until the issue is resolved.

If you were an email subscriber of our previous Service Notifications through the Inkling Support Portal, your account has already been migrated to the new Inkling Status Page and no further action is needed.
If you were not previously subscribed, you and your team can sign up to be notified of an service incidents or scheduled platform maintenance by the following steps:
- Click the ‘Subscribe to Updates’ button.
- Select the messaging option(s) that best suits your team.
- Enter the specified information and click Subscribe.
Please note that the site data provided prior to March 1, 2018 has been pre-populated with default values. If you require Inkling system uptime information prior to March 1, 2018, please contact your CSM for assistance.
