If you need to recover a forgotten password or change an existing password, follow these steps:
- Click Forgot your password? on the Inkling Axis login screen.
- Enter your username. (If you cannot remember your username, please contact your company's IT administrator!)
- Inkling Axis presents one of following two options:
- If you have a valid email address associated with your Inkling Axis user account, Inkling Axis sends you an email that includes a link to reset the password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- If your Inkling user account does not have a valid email address, Axis displays a page with your security questions. If all your answers match, you can reset your password.
