How to sign up for Service Notifications

You can sign up to receive Service Notifications via the Inkling Support portal. Inkling will post a new notification whenever a critical service disruption or outage occurs. Subscribers will receive real-time alerts and updates via email until the issue is resolved.

  1. Navigate to https://inkling.zendesk.com
  2. Click Sign in and sign in with the Zendesk account you use to view your tickets
    • If you have submitted a ticket but this is your first time logging in, click Get a password
    • If you have not submitted a ticket or created a Zendesk account, click Sign up
    • Note: This is not your Inkling username and password
  3. Click Service Notifications to view that section
  4. Click the Follow dropdown and select New articles and comments
  5. You will receive an email when a new notice is posted
  6. You will receive another email update when the incident is resolved
