If you have an Expert or Student Consult account, you’ve already been sent a welcome email. Just click the link in the email to reset your password.
If you missed the original welcome email, you can still reset your password and log in to see your books:
- Visit Expert Consult or Student Consult
- Click Log In
- Click the Forgot your Password? link next to the Password box
- Enter your email address to send yourself a password reset email
- Check your inbox to complete the process
You may need to check your Spam / Junk mail folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
- Some accounts could not be migrated, as their email addresses were not properly formatted or contained invalid characters.
- While most titles were migrated, you may see some titles listed as "Coming Soon" in your Library. They will be available in 2–6 weeks.
- A few titles will not be migrated. If you own a title that does not appear in your Library, please contact Elsevier customer support.
