Have a problem? Here's the kitchen sink approach to fixing almost any issue you may run into when using Inkling.
Take the steps below in the following order and stop when things are working again:
1. Verify that you’re connected to the Internet.
2. Ensure you’re running the latest version of Inkling.
3. Ensure you’re running the latest version of iOS.
4. Quit Inkling and other apps.
5. Reboot your iPad.
6. Verify that In App Purchases are enabled.
7. Delete the troublesome content and download it again. (Don’t worry! Inkling automatically saves your notes and highlights, so you won’t lose any data.)
8. Deregister your device and log in again. (You will need to download your titles again after deregistering, which requires Internet access, but you won’t lose your notes and highlights.)
9. Delete Inkling and download it again, login, and then download your chapters or titles.
Still not working right? That’s not good, but we’ll help you fix the problem. Send us an email at support@inkling.com, and make sure to tell us that you've already thrown the kitchen sink at the problem.
